Engineer across the stack, from silicon to screen.

I'm a software engineer with 8+ years of programming across web, mobile, AI and embedded systems. For the past two years I've worked at Algérie Poste, the national postal operator, in a role that covers both software engineering and applied AI.

I've worked on its public website, which serves millions of users, built internal platforms end to end, from the database schema through to deployment, and trained models for parcel volume forecasting and video anomaly detection.

I hold a Master's in Embedded Systems and have a peer-reviewed conference paper on a digital twin I built for parcel-sorting hardware. Outside work, I co-founded an indie game studio and lead engineering for an open-source nonprofit.

  1. Oct 2024 — Present

    Software Engineer — Full-Stack & AI @ Algérie Poste

    Direction de la Compétence et de l'Innovation · Algiers

    • Public corporate website. Team of 3, millions of users, FR/EN/AR. Owned the backend, web server & containers and the CMS–frontend integration; led security hardening for an audit.
    • Project portfolio platform. Project lead. Backlogs, Kanban, sprints, Gantt, budgets, ISO procedures and generated Word/PDF docs, with real-time collaboration and RBAC.
    • “Fi Khidmatikoum” audit platform. Quality-label audits across ~4,400 post offices and 60 regional units, with a custom CMS and transactional, unit-tested scoring.
    • Video anomaly detection. Benchmarked 4 weakly supervised models; ported VadCLIP onto a frozen CLIP ViT-B/16, reproduced 88.02% frame AUC on UCF-Crime and reached 0.91 video AUC on our footage.
    • Parcel forecasting & analytics. Led interns building a NAR network forecasting daily international parcel volume, plus the KPI dashboard, map view and 8 automated delay alerts.

    Lead Engineer (Volunteer, Founding Member) @ WikiSubmission ↗

    Remote · open source

    • Lead developer of the Next.js platform and the Capacitor Android app (offline, push, background audio, synced user data) from one monorepo.
    • Go search service for the S3 media archive: trigram fuzzy search, SQS sync worker, CloudFront signed URLs, request coalescing.
    • Self-hosted everything on Hetzner with Coolify, Cloudflare Tunnel/WAF, Prometheus/Loki/Grafana and nightly encrypted backups.

    Co-Founder & Game Developer @ ItnoG ↗

    Indie game studio · team of 4

    • Primary maintainer of Seven Heavens, a 2D Metroidvania in Unity/C#: combat, movement, camera, game feel, UI/UX and progression.
    • Built and deployed the studio website with Astro and Payload CMS.

    • Designed an omnidirectional conveyor for e-logistics parcel sorting from tileable omniwheel cells — my Master's thesis, later rebuilt as a full digital twin.

Digital twin for an omnidirectional parcel-sorting conveyor

Flutter UI, Go control layer and a 1 kHz C++ MuJoCo physics server sharing one Protobuf contract, so real hardware can replace the simulator. Per-cell inverse kinematics, A* planning with jerk-limited profiles and deadlock-free multi-package routing.

Lumen — ebook reader with on-device neural TTS

One codebase ships as an offline PWA, Android and iOS app. Neural TTS runs on device (WebGPU, WASM fallback in a worker) with live text highlighting, plus dyslexia-friendly and bionic reading modes.
